Useful with long glass plates
When the customer needs to process very long glass plates, it’s possible to have additional extension racks on the glass inlet and/or outlet side. Such extension racks, which are modular items 1400 mm long, are only available for the MISTRAL and ZEPHIR series.
Assembly
Assembly The extensions must be assembled beside the existing inlet and/or outlet racks and their assembly is extremely quick and easy.

WHAT ARE THE TURNTABLE + INCLINABLE PLATFORM
These accessories are mainly used by glass artists who work on shaped objects (vases, sculptures, plates, glasses, etc.) in order to ensure the uniformity over the entire surface.

These can be mounted inside the cabin, on which to place shaped objects (vases, sculptures, plates, glasses, etc).

AMACOR STENCILS
Sandblasting without sticking a mask on glass
WHAT’S THE “AMACOR” SYSTEM
The Amacor stencils are purpose-made masks for the automatic carrying out of modular patterns on the glass plate (strips, squares, small circles …). This system (supplied as an optional item) allows to sandblast without sticking a mask on each glass, with huge reduction of both process cost and production time.PATTERNS AVAILABLE
There are several standard patterns available but on request, in case of good quantities, it’s possible to supply special stencils according to customers’ specifications.ASSEMBLY
The Amacor system, especially developed by Fratelli Pezza, must be assembled on the left side of the cabin following the simple assembly instructions provided with the necessary items for the application of the stencil, the tightener and the support rod.
